About Therapy

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. During Our sessions we can explore how to deal with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, women issues and adjustment disorders. We will work together to find the skills and techniques that work for you. I look forward to working with you.

Meet Our Founder

I became a Licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor in 2018 and a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2022. I started working in the field as a counselor intern in 2012. I have worked in a plethora of outpatient and inpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health settings over the course of 10 years. I have primarily worked with young adults, teens and adolescents ; with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, women issues and adjustment disorders. I strive to provide a safe, judgment-free, and compassionate space that allows my clients to share their concerns, fears, feelings, and thoughts.

I utilize a humanistic, holistic, person-centered approach to therapy. I use different techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing and harm reduction techniques.I look forward to working with you to start your therapy journey.
