Do you take insurance?
I am able to accept Aetna, UHC, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, or Oxford insurance . If you do not have these insurance providers, I am an out-of-network provider for your plan This means that you would pay the session fee ($175 first session/$150 weekly) at the time of your session and later seek reimbursement from your insurance company. You can see if you have out-
of-network coverage by logging into the insurance company website or by calling the number on the back of your card. If your current insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, I would be able to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement.

What’s your availability for sessions?

How long are sessions?
A typical therapy session is 53-60mins; I offer 90 min sessions at an extra charge. And if clinically appropriate, patients can request up to 2 sessions per week.

How often are sessions?
I meet with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis. Individual therapy is a long-term commitment. Healing, growth, and change do not happen overnight.
This process takes time. As a therapist practicing from a primarily person-centered perspective, I believe that the relationship we cultivate in the virtual therapy room is the most important foundational part of the work we’ll do together. In order for this to happen, we must meet on a consistent basis to build a strong therapeutic rapport.
